Counselling in Mill Hill, covering North West London, Hertfordshire & surrounding areas.

I can offer you time and space to make sense of  difficult feelings, in a confidential  and calming environment.

Counselling is usually sought when a person feels the need for extra emotional support.  This may be a result of generally feeling low or there may be a more specific issue affecting your everyday life.  Life may often feel difficult, with a variety of factors causing anxiety and stress; depression and feelings of low self-esteem are common.

Talking through your difficulties with someone who will listen without judgement, can help you to understand your anxieties and to look at the way forward. I provide a comfortable and confidential space in which to reflect and process your feelings.

When we recognise the need for personal change, I believe we can use our inner resources to make change happen. With the help and support I can offer, together we can look at ways to enable you to make positive changes within yourself.  By understanding your world from your perspective, I can give you the tools to manage, bringing you more confidence, and a sense of control.
